"JPO" has been involved in the Northwest top 40 and
original band scene for over 20 years and has most recently
played with Raven Blue, White Hot, Moxie and Vanderhoof. Jeff
brings to Stage One his seasoned experience and leadership
and a sense of humor. He is also an accomplished studio producer
and DJ, where he learned a plethora of music trivia.Jeff would
officially like t o announce he will NOT be a Presidential candidate
in 2008! Futhermore, being a musician in a "hot" band
did not necessarily melt the Polar Ice Caps, cause Global Warming
or cause Hurricane devastation anywhere in the world! However...
if you are prone to having fun, dancing and listening to great
music, he would like to take partial responsibility for that!!

Eric "E-Web" Weber

An Oregon native and alumnus of the Berklee College of Music
in Boston, singer/songwriter Eric Weber is not only a versatile
vocalist but a one-of-a-kind high-energy performer as well!
He has shared his considerable talents with the local bands
Moxie, Skinny Ties and Soulfish. Eric teaches private guitar,
vocal, bass, violin & cello lessons. Eric brings to Stage
One his vast experience and knowledge of the music field

Charles "Choco-Bear" Valentine

Vocals, Bass, Percussion
Originally from Baltimore, Maryland which is known as Charm
City USA Charles decided to bring some of that charm to
the Evergreen State. He has a passion and love for
all types of music but most enjoys playing bass. He is a very
creative and spontaneous person with an amazing talent of being
able to hear something once and replicate it. Beginning to play
the bass at the age of 16 he was heavily influenced by Jaco
Pastorius, Stanley Clark, and Bernard Edwards. Charles has played
with Jazz, Rock and R&B military groups while in Panama.
He enjoys playing music, relaxing, and just embracing life itself! |

Derek "Double-D" DeGroot

Vocals, Sax, Percussion
Derek started playing saxophone at the age of twelve, and
mainly performed in orchestra and wind ensemble settings through
high school. A few years later, he had the privilege of meeting
a close friend, Stephen Grace, who gave him the opportunity
to get back into music. Derek was introduced to performing
classic rock, pop, and more recently jazz with his mentor,
friend and teacher - professional saxophone artist Robbie
Jordan. Derek has been playing local originals and sitting
in as a special guest with several bands since 2006. Derek
was also privileged to play with Weezer at Key Arena in 2008.
Derek is currently pursuing his Master's Degree in Education
and enjoys traveling, cruising, seeing concerts and continuing
his musical development.

Justin Bobrowski

Vocals
Justin began playing drums at an early age, in
fact he was still wearing diapers when he picked up his first
drumsticks. Justin appreciates all musical styles and particularly
enjoys progessive rock, fusion, and jazz. As a perfectionist
he has a passion for precision and takes inspiration from
Simon Phillips, Terry Bozzio, and Bill Bruford. He has played
in jazz, marching, and concert bands and is also the drummer
for the Stephen Grace band playing local originals. Justin
runs his own PC repair business and enjoys solving all kinds
of technological challenges for individuals and small businesses.
Justin brings to Deja Groove a youthful and energetic vibe
with a slice of enthusiasm.
